At StuCollab, your privacy is paramount. We only share the information necessary to complete a task.
Helpers only see your college and task details.
Messages are encrypted in transit.
Your mobile number is NEVER shared with other users.
2. Secure Storage
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive data. Payout details (Bank Accounts, UPI IDs) are AES-256 encrypted and stored behind multiple layers of security.
3. Data Control
You have full control over your data. You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time from your Profile → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, your data enters a 30-day grace period, after which it is permanently removed. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

Show you tasks and helpers that are physically near you.

8. Payments & Refunds on StuCollab
StuCollab provides a completely safe and transparent payment experience for event registrations. Here's how it works:
💳 How Payments Work
All payments are processed through Razorpay, one of India's largest and most trusted payment gateways, regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
You can pay using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets — whichever you prefer.
StuCollab never sees or stores your card numbers, bank details, or UPI PIN. Everything is handled by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
Once payment is confirmed, you instantly receive your digital ticket with a unique QR code for event check-in.
🛡️ Your Money is Protected
Your registration is confirmed the moment you pay — your spot is guaranteed.
Some events set a minimum registration requirement (e.g., a tournament needing at least 20 teams). If the minimum isn't met by the deadline, the organizer can either extend the deadline or cancel the event.
If an event is cancelled for any reason — whether by the organizer or due to minimum requirements not being met — you get a complete refund automatically. You don't need to contact anyone.
Refunds are initiated instantly through Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
✅ 100% Refund Guarantee
StuCollab guarantees a full refund in the following cases:
Event cancelled by organizer — Full auto-refund to all registered participants
Minimum registrations not met — If the event doesn't reach its minimum and is cancelled, everyone gets refunded
Double payment or technical error — Contact us and we'll resolve it immediately
For any payment-related queries, reach out to us at support@stucollab.com — we typically respond within 24 hours.
